Personal Trainer

As some of you already know, I am on a mission to get into shape and lose a few pound with the QT diet.  I also began attending the gym changed my diet (NO MORE FAST FOOD & SODA). Well a few days back I also signed up with Personal Fitness Trainer and he has kicked my butt so badd.  Even though I see him twice a week it is enough for me….and I wanted to get the three times a week package.  WOW was I crazy or what?  I can hardly move my muscles.  But you know what “they” say “no pain, no gain”  and after all your muscles have to ache if not no results right.  although I am hurting I can feel the muscles growing and that makes me very happy!!!

QT: Day Five

Its been five days since I started the QT diet.  SO far my energy level has increased! YAY! I even wake up earlier every morning now.  Although I should probably get more sleep.  I have a healthier diet and I go to the gym for about an hour- run for 30 min. and weight train for about 20 min.  I don’t work out twice a day as it was recommended, since I don’t always have the time-with school and work is kinda impossible to work out twice a day.  But so far I have lost five pounds, which is a lot for just five days.  That’s the most i have lost in such a short amount of time.  YaY!!! :D  I think that I will actually be able lose 20LBS-my goal- by the time June Rolls By. 

I love going to the gym now; and I’m actually thinking about joining the BODY SCULPTING CLASS my friend has been telling me about for a few days now.  Wish me luck with that cause i heard the instructor is pretty tough.‘till next posting

The Quick Trim / The Kardashians Diet

Well I decided to go ahead and try the Quick Trim diet that is being sponsored by both Kim and Khole  Kardashian.  Day one begins today…. Its its meant to jumpstart my diet.  The QT diet supplement consists of a 14 day regimen of two different pill that need to be taken. The first pill is to be taken in the morning and it meant to jumpstart my metabolism-by burning more calories throughout the day and to curve my appetite. The Second Pill is to cleanse my system and is to be taken at nigh.  A 20 min. aerobic exercise regimen twice a day for 13 days and a  40 min aerobic exercise on the fourteen day is recommended for better results .  We’ll see how good this Quick Trim really is.

P.S. This better work!!! Ha ha ha :)

Hate Being Sick!

So I've been sick with a cough for several days now...but last night was horrible :( I couldn't even sleep because my cough was soOoo bad. And the tea that I normally take for my cough didn't even work!!! I hate being sick and then work @ 8 am tomorrow....AaaahHhHh!

First Post

IMG00090-20100402-0055 I’m really exited! this is my first official posting for my blog. :)  Can you tell I haven’t had any sleep…lol! Well I did catch some Zzzz’s but woke up early today as usual for my 8am math class.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  Although I do have to finish my Civil Right term paper for one of my classes.  Ohhh! I can’t wait to finish school…it feels like its taking forever to finish school….I also exited because I have set my self on a eat healthy and exercise diet.  I joined a gym today to officially begin my journey to getting a beach body by summer.  I’ll keep you guys posted on my progress. I’ll also post my before and after pictures so you can see the awesome results i know i can accomplish.
